ASSISTED LIVING FACILITIES
Assisted living facilities are for people needing assistance with Activities of Daily Living but wishing to live as independently as possible for as long as possible. Assisted living facilities offer help with Activities of Daily Living such as eating, bathing, dressing, laundry, housekeeping, and assistance with medications.
Most assisted living facilities create a service plan for each individual resident upon admission. The service plan details the personalized services required by the resident and guaranteed by the facility.
The services an Assisted Living Facility provided include:

• 24-hour supervision 7 days a week.

All Assisted Living Facilities are Licensed by AHCA (Agency for Health Care Administration), and surveyed by Florida State.
Nursing Home (Skilled Nursing Facility)
A Nursing Home, also known as a Skilled Nursing Facility , provide care to people who can no longer care for themselves due to physical, emotional, or mental conditions. In the last few years many nursing homes now provides their patients with other paramedical services, such as Rehabilitation Services, among others. As a result, it shortened patients stay in the nursing home, providing the patient with additional options , such as those provided by an Assisted Living Facility.
